I. The procedure for creating a 3D macro is consistent with the procedure for editing the
'3D-FLAT' or '3D-SCOPE' macro. Note that the DCMB file shall be selected
as the source file.
II. The procedure for creating a 2D macro is consistent with the procedure for editing the
'2D-FLA'T or '2D-SCOPE' macro. Note that the DCMB file shall be selected as the source
file while no 3D file is selected.
