1.2 Controlling and Operating the Espedeo Supra-5000

The Espedeo Supra-5000 digital cinema and secured media projection system is controlled and operated via a
Web user interface that can be wirelessly accessed from a web browser* on an Android™ tablet OR from a web
browser* on a computer connected via a wired or wireless connection to the projector
Connect your device to the projector via a wired or wireless LAN connection as described in the following sections:

Using a Wired LAN Connection

OPTION A:
Step 1: Connect a laptop to the IMB Ethernet 2 network port (marked as GIGABIT Port 2 on the
DCMB faceplate) of the projector's DCMB using a network cable (refer to Section 2.1 to understand
the various connectors on the DCMB).
Step 2: The default IP address of the DCMB's IMB Ethernet 2 port is 192.168.1.12. However, the IMB
Ethernet 2 IP address can also be modified as per the Cinema's Management network (from the
Configuration tab
Make sure that the IMB Ethernet 2 IP and the laptop network interface IP are on the same subnet.
For example: If the IMB Ethernet 2 IP Address of the DCMB is 192.168.1.12, then the IP Address of
the laptop network interface can be set to 192.168.1.15 as shown in Figure 5.
