Troubleshooting
The following errors can be dealt with by the operator. If the problem persists,
contact authorised service personnel.
PROBLEM
No indication on the control
panel display when the control
button is pressed.
The machine does not fill with
water.
The machine fills slowly.
The machine does not stop
filling.
The hood is not opened/closed
properly.
The machine does not start
washing.
Noise from the washing pump.
The machine stops in the middle
of the washing cycle and starts
taking in water.

CAUSE
Power switch off.
The incoming water stopcock is
closed.
The door/hood is open.
The level pipe is not in place.
The level pipe's rubber sleeve is not
sealing against the bottom plate.
The rinse pipe nozzles are blocked.
The rinse pipe nozzles are blocked.
The level pipe is not in place.
The level pipe's rubber sleeve is not
sealing against the bottom plate.
Air has got into the system.
The door/hood is open.
Dishware is blocking the magnet in
the door.
Low water level. Foam in the tank.
The level pipe's rubber sleeve is not
sealing against the bottom plate.

ACTION
Switch on the power switch.
Open the tap.
Close the door/hood.
Fit the level pipe.
Adjust the level pipe. Check that the
rubber sleeve has not been
damaged. Change the rubber sleeve
if it is damaged.
Clean the wash nozzles.
Clean the wash nozzles.
Fit the level pipe.
Adjust the level pipe. Check that the
rubber sleeve has not been
damaged. Change the rubber sleeve
if it is damaged.
Bleed the hood lifting cylinder as per
the manual.
Close the door/hood.
Remove the dishes in question.
Check the level. Change the water.
Adjust the level pipe. Check that the
rubber sleeve has not been
damaged. Change the rubber sleeve
if it is damaged.
