4.4.4 Changing the Table Plate
The NC-rotary table can be equipped with any of
two different table plates. In order to change the
table plate, proceed as follows:
Remove Table Plate
• Turn the table plate to the zero position.
• Enter the command M 25 in the „Manual" mode.
The table clamping is released.
• Loosen all table plate holding screws and remove
the large front covering plate [1].
• Remove both side covering plates [2]. The table
plate clamping mechanism is located under these.
• Loosen the four hexagonal screws [3] (13 mm ) on
each side and remove the brass clamps [4] from
the holder [5].
• With a pulling-off device, pull the two cylindrical
pins [6] vertically upwards out of the table plate.

• Loosen the 8 holding bolts [7] (M 12) in the
upper surface of the table plate and remove them.
• Tighten the two eye bolts with inserted tongues at
the ends of the center T-groove and lift the table
plate with suitable lifting tackle.

Note
When putting the table plate down ensure that the
plate does not lie directly on its underside as the
graduated strip projects downwards a little.
Treat all exposed areas of the table with a rust
prevention agent.
Lay the plate down on its upper surface or push
suitable backing material under the plate, so that
the graduated strip is not damaged.
