Cause/Result
M25 has been keyed in.
NC-rotary table has not been
clamped after rotating.
EMERGENCY-OFF during
TOOL CALL
TOOL CLAMPING
HTC not in waiting position
and tool holder is closed.
Vertical head needs to be
swung off/back, however a tool
is still in the spindle.
Clear water tank of the filter
fleece unit is not adequately
filled. Pumps may not run dry.
Filter fleece is used up.
Activation of inner coolant
supply through spindle.
Countermeasure/Remedy
If needed dial in M26. In cases where
a clamping of the table is not needed,
the NC-rotary table can be used
without clamping.
Close the cabin
SELECT HELP FILE # 40 -> NC-Start
Call our Service Department.
SELECT HELP FILE # 41
Return tool into magazine / T0.
Top up tank.
Erase message with CE.
Switch of the unit, replace filter
fleece (see manual of gravity filter
fleece unit). Erase message with
CE, press NC-Start.
Program M50 or M51 before starting
the spindle. Erase message with CE.
