Changing the Oil Filter
The oil filter of the hydraulic power pack needs to be
exchanged every 6 months, at the latest after 1200
hours.
Before commencing maintenance work on the
hydraulic power pack, switch off the machine with
the main switch and turn the pressure reduction
valve [1] counter clock wise, in order to reduce the
pressure in the hydraulic system.
• To exchange the filter, loosen the clamping screws
[5] of the cover [6] and take the cover off.
• After this, the filter unit with the filter element can be
taken out. Make sure, that the sealing ring between
the filter unit and the cover is not lost.
• Take the old filter element out and clean the filter
unit thoroughly.
• Insert the new filter element (part no. 46.0294).
• Soiled filter elements cannot be cleaned. Please
make sure, that new filter elements are available at
all times.
