• Press key Mod [5].
In the center of the screen you are asked to dial
in the key number:
CODE NUMBER
• Dial in the number 84159 with the digit keys [6]
and close the input with the enter key [7].
• Press the key for switching the operating modes
[4] again.
The dialogue window will show the warning:
CAUTION NO SOFTW. LIMIT SWITCH
The machine table can now be moved in Z-axis in
minus direction, i.e. upwards.
To do so, press the direction key Z- [8].
Please check, that the feed override [9] is not set
to „minimum", as in this case the drive motor will
not start.
The table will drive upwards.
The display „Z-axis" will disappear.
• Remove the transport safeguard of the cross
slide rest.
• Press the direction keys X+ and Y+, the messages
„X-axis" and „Y-axis" will disappear.
    
Note
The feed must be at least 20 mm.
The present actual position in now shown on the
screen. The reference points have been reached
and the machine is ready for operation.
• Switch the key switch for the operating mode back
to position I or II.
