Troubleshooting power supply problems

Server has no AC power
All power supply LEDs are off when the server has no AC power.
Troubleshooting steps
Procedure
1. Check the AC power to the server.
2. Make sure that the power cord is connected to a functioning power source.
3. Turn the server off and then turn the server back on.
4. Replace the power supply.

Description
No AC power to the power supply, a problem with
the AC power source, or a failed power supply.
This condition occurs only when a second power
supply is providing power to the server.
