Updating the Receiver Firmware

This procedure applies only to technicians from Marport offices. You can update the firmware
when new versions of Mx firmware are available.
About this task
Important: It is necessary to update the receiver firmware because latest versions fix issues
and add new functionalities to the system.
Important: M6 system with Mx computer:
• DO NOT INSTALL M4-M3 Processor - Application patches lower than version M4-
F604-06.00.15.
• DO NOT INSTALL M4-M3 Processor - System patches or you will need to

Procedure
1. From a web browser, go to the DealerWeb page: https://dealerweb.marport.fr/Default.aspx.
2. Go to Receivers > Firmware.
3. In Firmware Type menu, click M4-M3 Processor - Application.
4. Click Download next to a released version above M4-F604-06.00.15.
5. Double-click the *.zip file to unzip it.
6. Open Mosa2 and click the receiver's icon displayed in the discovery page.
