It may be because the version of Java installed on the computer is higher than Java 7. This
happens if you updated Java version via an error message. In this case, you need to downgrade Java
version.

1. First, check the version of Java application:
1. Click Apple Menu
2. In Java Control Panel, click Java, then View.
3. In Platform and Product, check the version. The correct version is 1.7. If this is the case, read
the next troubleshooting solution. If not, follow the next steps.
2. Open a terminal.
