One receiver is not connected to the Mx computer.
1. Check that receiver 1 is connected to Ethernet port 1 and receiver 2 to Ethernet port 2. See
System Cabling
on page 34.
The receivers have the same IP address.
1. Disconnect the Mx receiver 2 from the Mx computer. Only the receiver 1 is connected to the Mx
computer.
2. Check that the receiver 1 IP address ends by 44.4.
3. Disconnect the receiver 1 and connect only the receiver 2 to the Mx computer.
4. Check that the H4-H5-H6 Module has a green check and 44.3 IP address.
