Exporting/Importing the Receiver Configuration

You can apply to the receiver an existing configuration and you can export the configuration of the
receiver into a configuration file.
Procedure
1.
Click when the receiver appears on the discovery page.
The receiver information page is displayed.
2. Click
> Advanced.
3. To export the configuration you made for the receiver, and save it as an MxF file:
a) Click
> Mx to File.
b) Select the destination folder. By default, the file is saved in Documents/Marport/Mosa2.
The file is saved on the computer.
4. To import an existing configuration file (MxF) into this receiver:
a) Click
> File to Mx.
b) Click Browse to select the configuration file.
c) Choose if you want to apply the same hydrophone configuration as it was saved in the
configuration file. If no, the file is directly uploaded into the receiver.
d) If you applied the hydrophone configuration and if the configuration file had settings for the
positioning option, you can also choose to apply them.
The configuration file is uploaded into the receiver. The receiver now has the configuration
corresponding to the contents of the MxF file. If you chose to apply the hydrophone
configuration, the receiver reboots.
