5. If both receivers are displayed in the same module with the same IP address, follow the
procedure in

System web page is empty

You do not receive sensor data anymore on Scala/Scala2 and the system web page is empty or with
red crosses.
If the system web page looks like the picture below, it means the Mx computer is off.
1. Check that there is a light on the front of the Mx computer. If not, it means the Mx computer is
off. Press the power button
2. Wait for a few seconds, then refresh the system web page.
If the system web page looks like the picture below, it means the Ethernet cable of the Mx
computer is not connected, or connected to a wrong Ethernet port.
