Requirement
• The device is disconnected from the power supply; see section "Switching off the device
(Page 43)".
• The front door is open; see section "Opening the front door (Page 45)".
• The fan cover has been removed; see section "Remove the fan cover (Page 80)".
• A filter pad from the pack of 10 A5E37019277
Procedure
1. Remove the filter pad from the fan cover.
2. Insert the new filter pad into the fan cover. It is inserted loosely in the fan cover. When you
insert the filter pad, make sure it lies evenly in the fan cover.
3. Replace the fan cover.
Note
Use of the filter pad
We advise against using filter pads that have already been used. If you do want to refit a filter
pad you have removed, however, take account of the direction in which the fan draws air
into the device. Make absolutely certain that you do not fit the outer side of the filter pad on
the inside. Generally, the outer side is clearly dirty after it has been in use for some time.
