2.7 Cables

2.7.1 Ground cable

Introduction
The ground cable is used to connect the Gazelle S1000i-LI to the ground. A ground screw is
on the top panel of the Gazelle S1000i-LI, used to fix the terminal of the ground cable with
OT terminal after pressed connection, and other terminal of the ground cable can access to the
ground. Before connecting the Gazelle S1000i-LI to the cable, you must connect the ground
cable correctly. Otherwise, personal injury and device damage will occur.
Appearance
The ground cable is composed of ground terminals and the coaxial cable. The ground terminal
is usually an OT non-insulated terminal. The coaxial cable is a yellow/green copper soft
flame-retardant conducting wire. Figure 2-16 and Figure 2-17 show the ground cable and OT
terminal.
