1. Carefully unpack the front Voltage Regulator (VR) cooling blocks. Remove the protective covers on both
ends and ensure the Thermal Interface Material (TIM) is in place and intact.
Note: Ensure the TIM in the VR cooling blocks is not touched during subsequent installation steps.
