Fault
The bowl does not close.
The bowl does not close
properly or mist sprays out.
The bowl does not open or
not properly.

Possible causes
Holes 7 or 14 in the bowl bottom are
clogged or the
injection chamber 21 is dirty.
A rim of dirt has deposited beneath
the sliding piston.
Gaskets 3, 4 or 5 are damaged or
their edges are frayed.
Gasket 2 in the bowl top is damaged.
The sealing edge of the sliding piston
is damaged.
The operating water capacity is too
low.
Strainer in operating water line is dir-
ty.
The operating water line has become
constricted due to dirt accumulation
or damage.
The operating water shut-off device
does not open properly.
Opening pulse for operating water
too short.
Hole 7 is clogged.
Gaskets 6 and 8 are damaged.
Remedies
Clean holes and injection chamber.
Dismantle and clean the bowl.
Replace gaskets.
Replace only the damaged
polyamide gasket 4 (see sec-
tion 4.3.7)!
Replace
damaged
4.3.8).
Remachine the sealing edge of the
sliding piston very slightly (see sect.
4.3.9) or
send in the sliding piston for repair.
Check line pressure and increase if
necessary.
Operating water data:
– Pressure 2 - 3 bar (with open
valve)
– Volume flow min. 1 800 l/h (gauge
the capacity by litres)
≅ 1.0 l in 2 sec
Clean strainer.
Clean or replace operating water li-
ne.
Renew shut-off device.
Set 2 seconds.
Clean hole and bowl parts.
Replace gaskets.
