• Please call the Help Desk if
you wish to change the entry
mode to automatic.
• Remove the card and try
reinserting it, ensuring that it
is entered correctly.
• If the problem persists, please
ask the card holder for
another form of payment.
• Remove the card and try

chip reader and swipe it
through the magnetic strip
reader.
• Process the transaction again,
while instructing the
cardholder not to remove the
card until instructed by the
