32. Apply anti-condensation tape (38) to exposed metal fittings on the low-pressure circuit inside of the vehicle.
33. Add foam insulation (22) to the low-pressure hose and fittings from the evaporator to the point where the hose
exits the vehicle.
34. Secure wiring and hoses using cable ties (8, 23).
35. Using the black self-tapping screws (21), attach the air duct (19) and evaporator cover (27) if desired.
36. Recharge the vehicle per the manufacturer's procedures using the chart below.

37. Check the A/C system for leaks.
38. Attach the refrigerant label (20) to the vehicles radiator support.
39. Reinstall all interior panels and components that were removed unless otherwise instructed in this manual.

30. Route the drain hose from the Vancouver
VAC unit assembly down the left-rear corner
of the vehicle and through the factory-
supplied hole in the floor.
31.Cut the drain hose about 1 in. (25 mm) from
the bottom of the floor at a 45° angle, away
from the direction of travel.
