NOTE: Before cutting any hoses ensure
there is enough hose for proper routing
and securing of the hose.
11.Using a #6 90º and a #6 45º fitting (28, 26),
connect the A/C hose (17) between the
evaporator high-pressure port and the outlet
of the refrigerant valve. Loosely install the
TXV plate (14, 13, 15).
NOTE: The arrow on the bottom of the
valve shows the direction of refrigerant
flow.
12.Using a #6 45º fitting (11), connect the
refrigerant hose to the input side of the
refrigerant valve. Install the magnetic switch
and route the hose through the holes drilled
in the floor.
NOTE: Fittings are shown without hoses for
clarity.
13.Using the supplied fitting, connect the
refrigerant hose to the high-pressure port of
the tie-in kit.
