A/C System:
24. Insulate the low-pressure A/C hose with insulating hose (8) as needed.

25. Using anti-condensation tape (19), wrap the TXV valve.

26. Using P-clips (44, 40, 32, 33), cable ties and self-tapping screws, secure the hoses and wiring to prevent
chaffing or damage.

Recharge the vehicle per the manufacturer's procedures using the chart below.

27. Install the 10 amp fuse in the fuse holders.
28. Start the engine. Test the A/C system for functionality and performance.

29. Reinstall all interior panels and components that were removed unless otherwise instructed in this manual.

30. Place the new refrigerant label (20) on the radiator core support.

31. Using two black self-tapping screws (41), install the diffuser (3) on the front of the Vancouver unit.

NOTE: This step is optional.
32. Install the Vancouver cover as needed (2).
