2. Install the mounting bracket (30) using four

bolts (36) and washers (37).

3. Install the Vancouver top bracket (4) to the

Vancouver unit (1) using four bolts (10).

4. Mount the Vancouver assembly to the

mounting bracket using 8 bolts (31), nuts

(39), and washers (34).
