Procedure after an Emergency stop

Fig. 33:
After an Emergency stop, the following starting procedure
must be carried out.
1. Check and eliminate the cause for the Emergency stop.
2. Switch off the Remote Control Transmitter by pressing the
start-stop switch (1) and wait for 5 seconds.
3. Turn the start-stop switch (1) clockwise to switch on the
Remote Control Transmitter.
4. Wait until the horn of the device sounds once.
ð In the display (15) the frequency number is briefly
shown.
5. The tatus indicators on the deivce and the Remote Con-
trol Transmitter (14 ) go out.
6. Press the button "Horn" (4) to make the device ready for
operation.
ð The horn signals thon the device is ready for opera-
tion.
7. The blade is disengaged in case of an Emergency stop.
However, the toggle switch "Blade clutch" (7) remains in
the position that was last selected. Therefore, set the tog-
gle switch "blade clutch" (7) manually to "Off".
Transport
Warning
Risk of injury due to the heavy weight of the device. The
device can fall over and down and cause severe injuries.
► Please observe the following notices.
Transport the device by truck or trailer whose load capacity is
intended for at least the weight of the device.
Do not stay in the tilting area of the device.
Prior to each transport, let the device cool down for at least
20 minutes. Close the fuel valve.

Verladen

Use suitable ramps for loading that
– support the weight of the device plus 440 lb (200 kg).
– are wider than the device.
– have a slip-free surface.

Notice
Risk of damage due to incorrect fastening of straps.
► Fasten the straps only at the points shown in the figure.
► Do not overtighten the straps.

Put the device in front of the ramps and make sure that
the ramps
– are as wide as the wheel gauge of the device.
– are tightly secured to the platform.
– are not steeper than 15°.
2.
Carefully drive the device via the ramps onto the plat-
form.
3.
Secure the device against rolling, sliding and tilting. Use
straps that support the weight of the device.
