In order to ensure performance, carry out the maintenance procedures given below.

• Turn OFF the power and take safety precautions before conducting inspections.
Electric shock can result from attempting safety inspections with the power turned ON.
• Do not use thinners or benzene to clean the Z500.
• Use a blower brush (used to clean camera lenses) to blow large dust particles
from the surface. Do not blow the dust away with your mouth.
• Use a soft cloth (for lenses) with a small amount of alcohol to remove the
remaining dust.
Do not use a scrubbing action when cleaning as scratches on the filter could result in the
Sensor malfunctioning.
Remove dirt on equipment by gently wiping with a soft cloth.
Inspection point
The voltage measured at the power supply terminals
Power supply
must be 24 VDC + 10 %/ - 10 %.
Ambient
The operating ambient temperature inside the
temperature
cabinet must be between 0 and 50 ºC
Ambient
The operating ambient humidity inside the cabinet
humidity
must be between 35% and 85%.
Each component must be firmly secured.
Installation
Each cable connector must be correctly inserted and
locked.
