When analog output 1 is set as a voltage output (p4076[1] = 1 / 4) and terminals X522: 6,5 are used, the
unit is V.
When analog output 1 is set as a current output (p4356[1] = 0 / 2 / 3) and terminals X522: 4,5 are used,
the unit is mA.
