FLI Index and User Names

This allows the user to set up a table of Logical Inputs that can be "forced" via the Operations Menu. See Section 8 for
details.

Master Trip Output

The user has the ability to allow only certain protective elements to operate the Master Trip Output Contact (terminals
29 and 30). See Section 6 for more details.

Register Configuration

For use with Modbus Communications. Contact Factory for details.
