Connect the amplifier or speaker wires to the 3-pole splicing connectors, as shown
below.

Connect the red and the red/black amplifier or speaker wires to the 3-pole splicing
connectors on the speakers, as shown below.
Using the guide printed on the side of the splicing connector,
strip 7/16-inch (11 mm) from the red and red/black wires of
the speaker cable. These wires will be inserted into the two
3-pole splicing connectors.
b.
Lift one lever of one 3-pole splicing connector
the red amplifier or speaker wire into an empty pole of the connector
lever down to lock the red wire in place
amplifier or speaker wire (see figure 18).
