Cut the cables using value T for the cut length.
NOTE: The total cable length includes 1 inch of cable that must extend beyond the
bottom of the cable lock, as shown above.
Do not use regular wire cutters to cut through the steel cable.
ATTENTION:
Ordinary wire cutters may be damaged when attempting to cut through the steel
cable. You must use a suitable cable cutter to cut the steel cable.

Strip off the cable at the strip point using value D in the previous step ( see figure 14,
above) showing the dimensions of the SF 28PT.

Route the free end of the PendantConnect-2 cable through the ceiling bracket cover
(see figure 13,
, on page 11) with the magnetic side of the cover facing the ceiling

bracket.

Route the free ends of the two steel support cables through the two ceiling bracket
cable locks (
). Pull the steel support cable up until the top of the jacket is flush with

the top of the grommet (
lock locks the cable in place. Pressing the cable lock release unlocks the cable.
NOTE: A minimum of 1 inch (25.4 mm) of steel cable must protrude from the top of
the cable lock.
