4.5.1 Electronic Trip Unit Tester
--- test device / Setup tester:
ME10 TU Test Kit is a lightweight, portable test
instrument designed for field-testing of ME10 TU
Trip Units.
GTUTK20 type..
The Kit has the following functionality:
- Operates from a 100-240VAC 50/60 Hz power
socket and comes with an Universal plug set or
works on two 9-volt alkaline batteries (batteries
not supplied).
- Provides power to the trip unit for viewing and
setting set points with no load on the breaker.
- Verification of metering (phase simulation)
- trip test
- Temporarily disables the Ground Fault feature
during single phase breaker testing.

more details.
GTUTK20S type
The Kit has the same functionality as the
GTUTK20 model but adds a PC driven software
package that:
- allows the user to download settings and to set
the breaker remotely,
- allows the user to test all the installed
protection devices as LT, ST, I and GF and the ZSI
function.
Please refer to Instruction sheet DEE 689 for
more details.
4.5.2 Auxiliary power supply 24V DC
A Din Rail mounted device with a case
dimension of 29 x 115 x 76 mm.
Input voltage can vary from
100.. 240 VAC 50 or 60
cycles and 100.. 350 VDC.
The output is 0,6A 24 VDC.

4.5.1 Auslöseeinheiten Testgerät
GTUTK20
--- Testgerät / Setup Tester:
GTUTK20S
Das ME10-Testgerät ist ein leichtes, tragbares
Prüfgerät für Feldversuche mit ME10-
Auslöseeinheiten.
Typ GTUTK20..
Das Testgerät enthält die Funktionen:
- Betrieb mit 100-240VAC 50/60 Hz
Universalsteckerversorgung oder zwei 9-Volt-
Alkali-Batterien (Batterien nicht im Lieferumfang
enthalten).
- Bietet die Auslöseeinheitenversorgung für die
Anzeige und deren Sollwerteeinstellung ohne
Last am Leistungsschalter.
- Überprüfung der Messung (Phasen-Simulation)
- Auslösetest
- Vorübergehende Deaktivierung der
Erdschlussschutzfunktion während der
einphasigen Leistungsschalterprüfung.

Typ GTUTK20S..
Das Testgerät enthält die gleichen Funktionen
wie das obige Model GTUTK20 mit einem
zusätzlichen PC-Softwarepaket:
- Es erlaubt die Leistungschalter Ferneinstellung
und den Download der Einstellparameter,
- und den Test der LT-, ST-, I, GF unf ZSI-
Schutzfunktionen.

4.5.2 Hilfsspannungsversorgung 24V DC
Ein auf die Norm-Hutprofil-Tragschiene
montierbares Gerät mit den Abmessungen 29 x
115 x 76 mm.
Die Eingangsspannung kann zwischen 100.. 240
VAC 50/60Hz und 100.. 350 VDC variieren.
Der Ausgang leistet 0,6A bei 24 VDC.

4.5.1 Tester per Relè di Protezione
GTUTK20
--- Tester:
GTUTK20S
ME10 TU Test Kit è uno strumento di prova
leggero e portatile progettato per testare sul
campo i Relè di Protezione.
Tipo GTUTK20..
Il kit ha le seguenti funzionalità:
- Funziona tramite presa di alimentazione 100-
240VAC 50/60 Hz e viene fornito con un set di
spine universali, o funziona con due batterie
alcaline da 9 volt (batterie non in dotazione).
- Fornisce l'alimentazione al Rele di Protezione
per la visualizzazione e impostazione parametri
anche senza carico nell'interruttore.
- Verifica della misurazione (simulazione fase)
- Test di sgancio
- Disabilita temporaneamente la funzione di
guasto a terra durante il test sulla singola fase.

Tipo GTUTK20S
Il kit ha la stessa funzionalità della GTUTK20
modello, ma aggiunge un software per PC che:
- Permette all'utente di scaricare le impostazioni
e di impostare l'interruttore da remoto,
- Consente all'utente di testare tte le protezioni
installate come LT, ST, I e GF e ZSI.
