4.4.15 Wall mounting Kit
Wall mounting kit is offered for Fixed version of
Envelope 1 & 2 Breakers.
Kit consists of LH and RH mounting plates to be
fixed in to the Breaker.
Use the following procedure to install the Wall
mounting brackets.
1. Turn the breaker off and discharge the closing
springs by depressing the OFF and ON buttons in
the sequence OFF-ON-OFF.
Verify that the breaker OFF-ON indicator shows
OFF on a green background and that the charge

indicator shows DISCHAR GE on a white
background.
2. Loosen the 6 screws on front cover (fascia)
using a Pozidrive screw driver as shown in Fig 2.
Rotate the charging handle down and slide the
front cover over the handle to remove the front
cover as shown in Fig. 2.
3. Remove the mounting plate which is assembled
to the breaker by removing the fixing screws as
shown in Fig. 3.
4. Assemble the LH and RH mounting plate using
the screws removed from the Breaker as shown in
Fig. 4.

4.4.15 Wandmontage-Bausatz
Der Wandmontage-Bausatz wird für die
Festeinbauversionen der Leistungsschalter-
Baugrößen 1 & 2 angeboten.
Die Bausätze bestehen aus links- und
rechtsseitig zu montierenden Befestigungs-
platten mit denen der Leistungsschalter an der
Montagewand befestigt wird.
Führen Sie die folgenden Verfahren zur Montage
der Halterungen durch:
1. Schalten Sie den Leistungsschalter aus und
entspannen Sie die Antriebsfedern durch die
Betätigung der OFF (AUS) und ON (EIN)-Tasten in
der Reihenfolge OFF-ON-OFF (AUS-EIN-AUS).
Überprüfen Sie, dass die Leistungsschalter OFF-
ON-OFF-Anzeige nun einen grünen Hintergrund
und die Antriebsfeder-Anzeige DISCHARGED
(ENTSPANNT) auf einem weißen Hintergrund
anzeigt.
2. Lösen Sie die 6 Schrauben an der
Frontabdeckung mit einem Pozidrive-
Kreuzschlitz Schraubendreher, wie in Abb. 2
beschrieben. Drehen Sie den Griff etwas nach
unten und entfernen Sie die vordere Abdeckung
über den Griff wie in Abb. 2 gezeigt.
3. Entfernen Sie die Montageplatten, die
normalerweise am Schalter befestigt sind, indem

1. Remove pad locks, installed if any.
2. Unscrew the 6 [Env. T = 4] screws (6Nm, 4.42ft-lbs) using a Pozidrive screw driver
as shown in Fig. A&B.

4.4.15 Kit di montaggio a parete
Il kit di montaggio a parete è disponibile per gli
interruttori in esecuzione fissa di taglia 1 & 2.
Il kit è costituito da delle piastre di montaggio
orizzontali, destra e sinistra, da fissare
all'interruttore.
Utilizzare le seguenti procedure per installare le
staffe di montaggio a parete.
1. Spegnere l'interruttore e scaricare le molle di
chiusura premendo i pulsanti ON e OFF secondo
la sequenza OFF-ON-OFF.
Verificare che l'indicatore ON-OFF

2. Allentare le 6 viti della parte anteriore
utilizzando un cacciavite Pozidrive come
mostrato in Fig 2. Abbassare la leva di carica
manuale e far scorrere la copertura anteriore
sopra la maniglia per rimuoverla, come
mostrato in Fig. 2.
3. Rimuovere la piastra di montaggio
sull'interruttore togliendo le viti di fissaggio come
illustrato in Fig. 3.
4. Assemblare le piastre di montaggio
