7. Replace the breakers fascia/front cover as
indicated elsewhere in this section.
8. Ensure the fascia is aligned properly with the trip
unit and the pad lock features of the breaker.
9. Fasten the 6 mounting screws of fascia with the
housing using a Pozidrive screwdriver. Apply torque
of 6 Nm (4.42ft-lbs) (Fig. 7).
Breaker key lock Operation:
Use the following procedure to operate the padlock:
1. Depress the OFF pushbutton on the breaker front
Fascia and extend/pull the breaker padlock lever to
its' outer position.
2. With the padlock level extended , rotate one or
more of the keys anticlockwise. The key can then be
removed thus locking the breaker in it's open
position.
3. With padlock lever extended, insert the key and
rotate in clockwise to unlock.

7. Setzen Sie die Schalter-Frontabdeckung wieder
auf (..in umgekehrter Folge wie beschrieben).
8. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Auslöseeinheit und die
Sperrteile mit dem Leistungsschalter im Eingriff
sind.
9. Befestigen Sie die Abdeckung wieder mit den 6
Schrauben am Schaltergehäuse mit einem Pozidrive
Schraubendreher und drehen Sie sie mit 6Nm
(4.42ft-lbs) fest (Abb. 7).
Betrieb mit der Schalter-Schlüsselsperre:
Zum Betrieb des Schlosssystems gehen Sie bitte wie
folgt vor:
1. Drücken Sie die AUS-Drucktaste auf der
Schalterfront und ziehen Sie den Leistungsschalter
Vorhängeschloss-Riegel ganz auf die "äußerste
Position" heraus.
2. Mit dem Schalter-Vorhängeschlossriegel in
herausgezogener Position drehen Sie dann einen
oder mehrere Schlüssel der Sperren gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn. Die Schlüssel können dann
entnommen werden und der Schalter ist somit in
seiner AUS-Stellung gesperrt.
3. Mit Verlängerungshebel stecken Sie den
Schlüssel ein und drehen Sie im Uhrzeigersinn zum
Entsperren.

7. Rimontare la parte anteriore dell'interruttore
come spiegato in questa sezione.
8. Assicurarsi che la copertura anteriore sia
allineata correttamente con il Relè di Protezione e i
meccanismi di bloccaggio dell'interruttore.
9. Serrare le 6 viti di fissaggio della copertura
anteriore con un cacciavite Pozidriv. Applicare una
coppia di 6 Nm (4.42ft-lb) (Fig. 7).
Funzionamento della serratura a chiave
dell'interruttore:
Utilizzare la seguente procedura per azionare il
blocco:
1. Premere il pulsante OFF sul pannello anteriore
interruttore ed estendere/tirare la leva di
bloccaggio nella sua posizione esterna.
2. Con la leva di bloccaggio estesa ruotare di una o
più chiavi in senso antiorario. La chiave può essere
rimossa in modo da bloccare l'interruttore nella sua
posizione aperta.
3. Con la leva di bloccaggio estesa, inserire la
chiave e ruotarla in senso orario per sbloccare.
