4.4.4 Drawout Cassette Key Locking
Envelope T..
The cassette allows the mounting of one Ronis
or Profalux type key lock.
Envelope 1, 2 & 3..
These Cassette allows the mounting of up to 1 or
2 Ronis or Profalux type key locks.
Lock functionality..
1. Locks the entry aperture of the racking
handle in closed position.
2. Locks the breaker moving portion in the
cassette in one the following positions:
DISCONNECTED , TEST OR CONNECTED.
3. Locks the breaker in 'OFF' position and
prevents it from being switched ON.
Two locks can be used.
- RONIS 1104B Standard key 1/4 inch clockwise
rotation to trap the key.
-OR-
- PROFALUX B204DY With key type S1 1/4 inch
clockwise rotation to trap the key.
The device is available in two versions.
1. Factory mounted mechanism:
The breaker/device is supplied off works with all
cam's and screws allowing the user to mount a
separately acquired AEG type lock kit or the use
of a lock of the correct type purchased
elsewhere.
2. Field mountable device:
A kit is supplied allowing the field mounting of
the locking mechanism and allowing the use of
a lock of the correct type purchased elsewhere.

Installation of key locks on Cassette.
1. Remove the knock-out feature on the
Cassette front panel (Fig. A) & clean the flash
with any sharp pointed Tool. Ensure no flash or
projections left out & cavity is free for insertion
of lock.
2. Remove M22 nuts from the Ronis /Profalux
lock.
3. Insert the Lock body in to the front panel
cavity. Assemble M22 nut on to lock body from
inside of cassette & Turn until it reaches
Cassette base plate face. Don't tighten, keep
loose.
4. Assemble the key lock cam on to the Lock

4.4.4 Einschubtechnik
Schlüsselsperre

Der Einschubträger ermöglicht die Montage
einer Ronis- oder Profalux Schlüsselsperre.
Baugröße 1, 2 & 3..
Dieser Einschubträger erlaubt die Montage von
bis zu 2 Ronis- oder Profalux Schlüsselsperren.
Schlossfunktionen..
1. Verriegelt das Zugangsloch für die
Einfahrkurbel in geschlossener Stellung.
2. Verriegelt die Schalterbewegung innerhalb
des Einschubträgers in einer der folgenden
Stellungen:
GETRENNT, TEST oder BETRIEB.
3. Verriegelt den Schalter in der AUS-Stellung
und verhindert die EIN-Schaltung.
Zwei nutzbare Schlüsselsperren-Fabrikate:
- RONIS 1104B mit Standardschlüssel 1/4 Zoll
Uhrzeigersinndrehung zur Schließung
-ODER-
- PROFALUX B204DY mit Schlüsseltyp S1 1/4
Zoll Uhrzeigersinndrehung zur Schließung.
Diese Teile sind in 2 Versionen verfügbar:
1. Werkseitig montiert
Der Schalter wird ab Werk mit allen
Vorrichtungen, Hebeln und Schrauben geliefert,
die es dem Benutzer ermöglichen separat
erworbene AEG oder frei verkäufliche
zugehörige Sperren anzubauen.
2. Vorort-montierbare Version:
Ein Bausatz erlaubt den Vororteinbau der
Sperrenmechanik mit passenden,
fremdgekauften Schlössern.

Montage der Einschubträger-Schlüsselsperre
1. Entfernen Sie die Ausbrechöffnung an der
Einschubträger-Frontplatte (Abb. A) und
entgraten Sie den Ausbrechrest. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass keine Gratreste die Schlosssperre
behindern.
2. Entfernen Sie die M22-Mutter vom Ronis /
Profalux Schlüsseleinsatz.
3. Stecken Sie den Schlüsseleinsatz das
Frontplattenloch. Montieren Sie die M22-Mutter
von innen auf das Schlüsseleinsatzgewinde und
ziehen Sie es leicht an. Nicht festziehen.

4.4.4 Serratura a chiave parte fissa

La parte fissa consente l'installazione di un
blocco chiave Ronis o Profalux
Taglie 1, 2 e 3..
La parte fissa consente l'installazione di 1 e 2
blocchi chiave Ronis o Profalux.
Funzione della serratura..
1. Blocca l'apertura di entrata di maniglia di
manovra in posizione chiusa.
2. Blocca la parte mobile dell'interruttore nella
parte fissa in una delle seguenti posizioni:
DISCONNECTED, TEST o CONNECTED.
3. Blocca l'interruttore in posizione 'OFF' e
impedisce che venga commutato in ON.
Possono essere collocate due serrature.
- RONIS 1104B chiave standard da 1/4 di pollice
rotazione in senso orario per impedire
l'estrazione.
-OPPURE-
- Profalux B204DY con chiave tipo S1 1/4 di
pollice rotazione in senso orario pollici per
impedire l'estrazione.
Il dispositivo è disponibile in due versioni.
1. Meccanismo montato di fabbrica:
L'interruttore è fornito con tutt o il materiale (viti,
ecc.) che permettono all'utente di montare un
blocco chiave fornito separatamente da AEG o
un blocco chiave del tipo corretto acquistato
altrove.
2. Dispositivo da montare in loco:Viene fornito
un kit che permette il montaggio in loco del
meccanismo di bloccaggio e permette l'utilizzo
di una serratura di tipo corretto acquistata
altrove.
Installazione delle serrature a chiave sulla
parte fissa.1. Rimuovere la parti preformate sul
pannello anteriore della parte fissa (Fig. A) e
sagomarle con uno strumento tagliente a punta.
Controllare l'assenza di sbavature e verificare
che la cavità sia libera per l'inserimento della
serratura.
2. Togliere i dadi M22 dalla serratura
Ronis/Profalux.
3. Inserire il corpo della serratura nella cavità
del pannello anteriore. Montare il dado M22 per
bloccare il corpo dall'interno della parte fissa e
girare fino a raggiungere la superficie della
