If the problem remains after performing print head cleaning twice

If Print Head Deep Cleaning does not resolve the problem, the Print Head may
be defective. Contact the Customer Care Center.
When Not Using the Printer
When not using the printer, close the Paper Support, Front Tray and Rear Support of
your printer to retain the optimum print results.
We recommend that you use the printer in the following environment:
Temperature: 15 to 25°C (59 to 77°F)
Humidity: 40 to 60% RH (no condensation)
