then press [OK].

transmission (in 24-hour military time format),
then press [OK].

Use the numeric keys, one-touch speed dialing
keys, coded speed dialing codes, or [Address
Book] key to enter a destination, then press
[OK].
You can use the following features to send a fax by pressing [Add.
Mode].
<BROADCAST>: Sends the same document to multiple recipients at
a time. (See "Broadcasting, " on p. 3-30.)
<POLLING RX>: Retrieve documents stored in remote machines for
polling. (See "Polling Receiving, " on p. 3-32.)
<RELAY>: Sends a document to be relayed to other recipients. (See
"Relay, " on p. 3-33.)

Press [Start] to scan the document for the
delayed sending.

Polling Sending
Polling sending enables you to send a document in response to the
recipient machine's request.
You can store up to 30 documents in the memory.
1.
Set documents.
2.
Press [Add.Mode].
3.
Press [
] or [
] to select <POLLING TX>, then
press [OK].
4.
Press [
] or [
] to select <SINGLE> or
<MULTI>, then press [OK].
<SINGLE>: The document will be deleted after it is sent to a recipient.
<MULTI>: The document will be retained in memory until manually
deleted.
