DIO Operation Mode + 2 Counter

9.6.1

Input Data

The process image for process data sent from the S67-DIO8-M12×8 module
to the field bus coupler, is 6 bytes. If synchronous diagnostic data is parame‐
terized for the module, the process image size is 8 bytes.
