Commissioning

7.1

General Information

NOTICE
If connections have not been closed with protective caps, liquid or dirt can
penetrate the S67-DIO8-M12×8 module and destroy it. Protect all non-re‐
quired connection with protective caps to comply with protection class IP 67.
Before commissioning the IndraControl S67 station, check the following
points:
● A field bus coupler of the IndraControl S67 series
M12×8 module have been mounted correctly
● All required supply, sensor or actuator and S-BUS lines as well as the
S-BUS terminator are screwed tightly at the provided connections (refer
to chapter 6 "Connecting Data and Supply Cables" on page
● An appropriate potential equalization was executed at the system
● Shielding was carried out correctly
