Diagnostics "Overtemperature"
The "Overtemperature diagnostics" is only active at enabled ac‐
tuator output (refer to
45).
The process image for process data sent from the S67-DIO8-M12×8 module
to the field bus coupler, is 0 bytes. If synchronous diagnostic data is parame‐
terized for the module, the process image size is 2 bytes.

DIO8-M12×8 module, is 1 bytes. If a synchronous diagnostic acknowledge‐
