NOTICE
Note that sensor/actuator are supplied from the common voltage U
only used for the logic supply. The current consumption of the sensor/actua‐
tor has to be considered when determining the current power demand for the
V supply line.

Both values must not exceed 4 A, as an increase in current causes the con‐
tacts to overheat and damages the IndraControl S67 components.
NOTICE
Note that the power consumption of all connected sensors/actuators must not
exceed 800 mA. The power can be freely distributed among the existing con‐
nections.
To connect the sensors/actuators to the digital inputs and outputs, proceed
as follows:
1. Disconnect the power supply from those devices the S67-DIO8-M12×8
module is mounted to.
2. Connect the plug of the sensor or actuator cable with the socket of a
digital input or output (3) of the S67-DIO8-M12×8 module and tighten
the plug using a knurled-head screw.
3. Screw a protective cap on all unused connections to comply with the de‐
gree of protection IP 67.
