Problem
Power is not on
Power is ON, but the feeder
does not operate.
Feeding head unit motor is
not operating
Vacuum cups are not
functioning correctly.
The sheet slips on the
conveyor.
The sheet is not being fed
squarely into the laminator.
The sheets are not being
supplied smoothly.

• Ensure unit is properly plugged in.
• Check for blown circuit fuses.
• Check the connection of the encoder cable.
• Verify that an E-STOP on the Explorer 107 is not
depressed.
• Ensure the pull rollers of the Explorer 107 are lowered.
• Check for blown Motor Fuse.
• Ensure the feeding head unit is at a proper position.
• Adjust the air rate control valves for each cup.
• Adjust air pressure on the main regulator.
• Verify the compressor is adequate for the feeder.
• Check the spacing of the conveyor belts.
• Ensure all metal balls are in the position bar.
• Check the sheet guide position.
• Check the vertical and horizontal guide adjustments.
• Check for contact between the conveyor feed plates.
• Adjust the Master nozzle for proper air flow.
• Make adjustments to the left and right paper spring
plates.
