instructions provided with equipment at time of shipment.

All connections must be selected and deemed compatible
with the Angel Anchor by a Competent Person.

User must inspect prior to EACH use. Competent Person must complete formal inspection
every 6 months. Competent Person to inspect and initial.

Product lifetime is indefinite as long as equipment passes pre-use and Competent
