Prior to use, read and understand all manufacturer's
instructions provided with equipment at time of shipment.
Part #:
Materials: Galvanized steel
Type A anchorage connector.
5,000 lb. MBS (minimum breaking strength).
Date of Manufacture:
Minimum service temperature: -30° F.
Only make compatible connections. Refer to instructions for proper
installation and connection methods.
Serial #:
All PFAS equipment must be selected and deemed compatible with
CB-12 Anchor by a Competent Person.
Worker capacity range (including all equipment): 130-420 lbs.
MAXIMUM 1 connection Avoid contact with hazards, including, but not limited to, heat,
per anchor. chemicals, electricity, and sharp or abrasive edges and surfaces.
