16.5 The dust collecting port

Planer:
The dust collector is under the entry planer
table.
Do not operate the machine without a connected extraction system.

16.6 Conversion to planing

NOTICE:
longitudinal hole at the front of the machine, which
guarantees that the machine can only be started
when the brackets of the dust collector are fully
engaged.

Thicknesser:
After conversion to thickness planing, the dust
collector is folded upwards.
Assembly dust collector
 Loosen the clamp (3) and set the thicknessing
table (1) with the hand wheel (2) in the lowest
position.
 Retighten the clamp (3).
 Attach the adapter to the dust collector and fix it
by tightening the screw (4).
 Pull out the brackets (5) on both sides of the
dust collector.
 The dust collector is positioned so that the two
brackets (5) are in line with the longitudinal
boreholes (6).
 Then press the brackets (5) into the longitudinal
boreholes (6) until you hear a clear clicking
sound.
