16.4 Operation

4. Setting planer fence
The alignment of the planer fence at right angles
should be checked again before initial operation and
readjusted if necessary to achieve an exact planing
result.
NOTICE:
completely, the height can be adjusted with the four
screws (9).

16.4.1 Starting the machine

Switch on the motor by pressing the green ON-button
(2).

16.4.2 Stopping the machine

Switch off the motor by pressing the red OFF-botton
(3).

16.4.3 Emergency stop switch

In emergencies, hazardous movements can be stopped
at any time by pressing the emergency stop switch (1).
NOTICE:

16.4.4 Activating/Deactivationg the thicknesser
Ativate feed:
Swivel the lever (4) upwards. The feed is activated.
Deactivated feed:
Swivel the lever (4) downwards. The feed is
deactivated.

 The angle is measured with a protractor (7). This
is placed on the planer table and applied to the
planer fence.
 If it is not possible to place the protractor
completely against the planer fence, the planer
fence is not set exactly at right angles and an
adjustment is necessary.
 The angle is adjusted with the screw (8).
If the planer fence cannot be moved back
