Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) frame - Check

NOTE: Inspect the Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS)
after the first 50 hours of operation. Following the initial
inspection, the ROPS should be checked after every 250
hours of operation or every six months, whichever comes
first.
1. Check the torque of the Roll Over Protective Structure
(ROPS) bottom portion mounting bolts (1). Torque the
M12, bolts to 76 N·m (56 lb ft) if necessary.
Seat belt mounting bolts
1. Inspect the operator's seat and the mounting parts for
the seat belt (2).
2. Tighten the bolts (1) to 61 N·m (45 lb ft).
3. Replace any parts that show wear or damage.
