rectifier is

The rectifier is

Possible Cause
● 380 V AC/400 V AC/415
V AC/420 V AC voltage
system: The input
voltage exceeds the
upper threshold 485 V
or is less than the lower
threshold 138 V.
● 480 V AC voltage
system: The input
voltage exceeds the
upper threshold 528 V
or is less than the lower
threshold 192 V.
PFC soft-startup fails.
The power module is
faulty.
The UPS is overloaded or
short-circuited.
Inverter overtemperature
occurs.
The power module is
faulty.
The charger fails.
The charger experiences
overcurrent.
The charger experiences
undervoltage.
Set the UPS working mode
to ECO mode.
7 Troubleshooting
Measure
Check whether the
input voltage
exceeds the
threshold. If yes,
contact the electric
power company.
Replace the power
module.
Replace the power

Reduce load or
rectify short
circuits.
Install more air
conditioners or
ventilation devices
to ensure normal
temperatures
inside the
equipment room.
