STEP 4
Secure the mounting bracket to the mounting plate of the valve using four 3/8" self-tapping
screws. Pick two holes from the discharge side and two from the inlet side.
NOTE:
Self-tapping screws are not provided with the VVR. The recommended size is a 3/8"
self-tapping screw for metal.
STEP 5
If a new controls enclosure is ordered with the VVR, the controller will come factory
mounted. The enclosure can be fastened to the base plate with two 3/8" self-tapping
screws.
If re-using the existing controls enclosure, proceed to Step 6.
After mounting the ordered controls enclosure, proceed to Step 11.
NOTE:
The ordered controls enclosure comes factory wired with a 3-pole terminal block.
When using the exsisting controls enclosure the PACE will ship loose without a 3-pole
terminal block.
STEP 6
Mount the PACE, FHC, or LMX.
For PACE mounting proceed to Step 7.
For FHC mounting proceed to Step 8.
For LMX mounting proceed to Step 9.
STEP 7
To mount the PACE, install 3 self-tapping screws. Two for the holes on the right hand side of
PACE and one for the left hand side.
To mount the PACE in the correct location please follow steps 7A-7C.
NOTE:
Self-tapping screws are not provided with the VVR. The recommended size is a 3/8"
self-tapping screw for metal.

CAUTION
Longer screws (1/2"+) can risk damaging
the valve coating and penetrating the valve.
