Test Note: All symptoms listed above are diagnosed using the same tests.
The title for the tests will be ACM, CLUSTER MESSAGE
MISMATCH - STORED.
When Monitored and Set Condition:
ACM, CLUSTER MESSAGE MISMATCH - STORED
When Monitored: After the MIC bulb test is completed, the ACM compares the ACM
warning lamp request (On or Off) and the MIC warning lamp state (On or Off) PCI Bus
messages. Each message is transmitted one time per second or when a change in the lamp
state occurs.
Set Condition: If the ACM warning lamp request (On or Off) and the MIC warning lamp
state (On or Off) messages do not match for 3 consecutive transmissions, the code will set.
ACM, DRIVER SQUIB CIRCUIT OPEN - STORED
When Monitored: When the ignition is on, the ACM monitors the resistance of the Driver
Squib circuits every.
Set Condition: The ACM has detected an open circuit or high resistance in the Driver
Squib circuits.
ACM, DRIVER SQUIB CIRCUIT SHORT - STORED
When Monitored: When the ignition is on, the ACM monitors the resistance of the Driver
Squib circuits.
Set Condition: The ACM has detected low resistance on the Driver Squib circuits.
