PRECAUTIONS

Wear a mask and eye protection

The contact lenses or glasses of the
patient may get dirty during the treatment. We
recommend to take them off.
To limit the risk of bacterial or viral infec-
tions and inhalation of powder, we recommend
to the dentist and the hygienist to wear a safety
protection mask.
A powder jet accidentally directed into the
eye can cause severe ocular injury. Therefore it
is strongly recommended for all persons to wear
eye protection during treatment.
The nozzle should never be pointed toward
the patient before, during and after operation.

Port de masque et lunettes de protection

Les lunettes ou les lentilles de contact
du patient risquent d'être souillées durant le
traitement. Nous recommandons de les enlever.
Pour limiter le risque d'infections bacté-
riennes ou virales et l'inhalation de poudre, nous
conseillons au dentiste et à l'hygiéniste de porter
un masque de protection.
Un jet de poudre accidentellement dirigé
dans l'oeil peut provoquer une blessure oculaire
grave. Pendant le traitement, nous conseillons
vivement à toutes les personnes de porter des
lunettes de protection.
Il ne faut jamais pointer la buse vers le
patient avant, pendant et après le traitement.

Maske und Augenschutz tragen

Kontaktlinsen oder Brille desPatienten
können durch die Behandlung verschmutzt
werden. Es wird empfohlen, sie herauszunehmen
bzw. abzusetzen.
Um die Gefahr von Bakterien- und Virusin-
fektionen sowie des Einatmens von Pulver gering
zu halten, wird empfohlen, dass Zahnarzt und
Hygieniker eine Schutzmaske tragen.
Wenn der Pulverstrahl versehentlich ins
Auge gelangt, kann er schwere Augenverlet-
zungen verursachen. Es wird daher dringend
empfohlen, dass alle Beteiligten während der
Behandlung einen Augenschutz tragen.
Die Düse darf vor, während und nach
der Behandlung keinesfalls auf den Patienten
gerichtet werden.
