Introduction

The internal battery is a button cell (coin cell) and should last for the lifetime of the panel.
The button cell powers the small, internal real-time clock function within the panel when it
is powered down.
However, if the cell needs replacing, please follow the procedure described in Appendix E
Battery Removal
Battery Replacement
Procedure, on page 62.
