12. Hand thread the clutch spring compressor tool onto the
throw-out rod.
13. Use a 9/16" open-ended wrench to hold the clutch tool shaft
in place. Slowly turn the compressor tool handle clockwise
until the spring is compressed enough to remove the snap
ring.
The spring is loaded. Wear eye protection.
